Parking information for Art Patrons coming to visit the Art Festival and be found on the Manitou Springs City website:

1. There is plenty of FREE parking and a FREE Shuttle Stop at Fields Park at 114 El Paso Blvd.
Directions for people who want to park at Fields Park:
• Use the 31st Street exit from Highway 24.
Turn left onto Colorado Avenue.
Turn right on Beckers Lane.
Turn left on El Paso Blvd.
Fields Park is on the south side of El Paso Blvd.
• Use the Manitou Avenue exit from Highway 24.
Go straight to El Paso Blvd.
Turn Right on El Paso Blvd.
The park will be on the right just past the entrance to the Garden of the Gods.
2. On-street “Pay-To-Park” parking can be found along Manitou Ave from Mayfair Ave to El Paso Blvd.
3. It is now required to “Pay-To-Park” around Manitou Springs Memorial Park and in the Hiawatha Gardens Parking Lot..
4. Manitou Springs has extended the reach of areas that are now "Pay-To-Park".
These areas now include parking around Memorial Park, Hiawatha Gardens parking lot and along Manitou Avenue from Memorial Park to Mayfair Avenue.
5. PLEASE NOTE: Many side streets are now designated "Residential Parking Only" all day, every day and require residential parking permits. These areas are monitored and parking is strictly enforced. Check poles for signs and don't chance parking there to avoid finding a parking ticket/citation on your windshield by parking legally.
FREE Shuttles will be running east from Manitou Spring Memorial Park to Fields Park and returning going west along Manitou Avenue.
The City of Manitou Springs runs FREE SHUTTLES on Manitou Avenue from the motel area east of downtown to bring passengers to Memorial Park and downtown Manitou Springs.
About every 20 minutes a shuttle will pass by or stop at all Metro Bus Stops on this route.
Festival visitors can park at Fields Park or along Manitou Avenue and catch a shuttle to Memorial Park to avoid a parking crunch around the park.

Manitou Springs has extended many areas on to many side streets around the town to be designated as "Residential Parking: Permit Required". Look for signs noting that designation to be sure to avoid parking in those areas.
