In-store, private shopping appointments
Scheduling an appointment allows you alone or you and four of your guests to shop the Commonwheel while it’s closed to the public. Each visit is scheduled for one hour. You’ll have exclusive access to all the beautiful pieces made by local artists. An artist staff member will be there to give you as much (or as little) assistance as you would like.
For the health and safety of all, guests and staff are required to wear masks at all times and practice social distancing. Hand sanitizer and gloves will be provided. Our staff will sanitize high-touch areas between guest visits.

- You will be asked to place a $20 non-refundable deposit
- If you make a purchase your $20 deposit will be credited back to you!
- Let us know in the Comment field if you have any special requests such as a specific artist, media type, etc.

Appointment Fee
Appointment fee is non-refundable.
However, your $20 appointment fee will be applied to any purchase you make during your appointment time.
