Horsehair Raku pottery bowl. Handmade pottery. Wheel thrown. Covered in several layers of Terra Sigillata and hand polished. Raku fired with iron treatment post-firing. The soft sheen on the raw clay comes from the Terra Sigillata. Holes in the foot and wired for wall hanging. Signed on the bottom by the artist. The images are of the actual piece for sale. This Raku piece is for decorative use only. The clay remains porous and is not suitable for food. 3" h x 14.25" diameter. Wire stand not included. One of a kind.
