Please read instructions carefully:
1.  The non-refundable jury fee is $10 for up to 5 entries (up to 3 images per entry). If you would like to enter more than five pieces, fill out the form again, paying additional jury fees each time.
2.  When submitting online, complete the form below and "SUBMIT"
3.  Once you submit your application you will be redirected to a payment page.
4.  Commission rate is Artist/Commonwheel split 60% / 40% for non-Commonwheel members.  This translates to 60% of each sale going to the artist and 40% to the Commonwheel

All work submitted must be for sale and not shown in a previous gallery show at Commonwheel Artists Co-op.

By submitting this application, you are giving us permission to use your photographic images for publicity purposes. Photo credit will be given whenever possible. All images must be labelled with either the title of the pieces or the line number used on the application.
