2027 gallery show applications
JUNE 30, 2026—APPLICATION DEADLINE
1. When filling out the application, please give as much detail about your show concept as possible. Planned details show the level of commitment to a quality show. Images are required to apply.
2. The non-refundable jury fee for applicant artists is $12 each artist (up to 4 artists), $60 for groups of 5 or more artists. Submissions are not considered if fees are not received with the application.
3. Accepted artist will retain 60% commission on sold work.
4. Single applicant artists are matched with other single applicant artists to participate together in our monthly shows. We do not allow solo artist shows and prefer to mix 2D and 3D artists that complement each other to create exciting shows.
5. Artwork must be new work never shown in the Gallery shows before. All 2D and 3D medias are accepted: glass, wood, metal, paper, fiber, ceramics, jewelry, mixed media. We accept digitally produced art as long as the creative and physical process is clearly described in detail. No AI generated art will be accepted.
6. Eligible artwork needs to adhere to the Gallery display standards:
• Wall art must be ready to hang. It must be appropriately framed or mounted. The proper hanging hardware is D rings with hanging wire for larger than 8”x10” artwork. Sawtooth hangers (attached with screws or nails) are only accepted on 8”x10” or smaller artwork.
• No French cleats or hanging apparatus that requires screws in Gallery fabric walls.
• Easel-backed frames won’t be hung on the walls; they will be placed on pedestals.
• Unframed canvases should be "gallery wrapped." Staples must be on the back, and the sides must be painted or have a finished look.
• Artwork must be in optimal condition (clean, no scratches, etc.).
• All artwork needs to be priced with the barcode stickers provided during intake.
7. Accepted artists must sign a Gallery agreement required for each show from February-October. These contracts contain the necessary deadlines for each show that should be met by all artists. Contracts are emailed to each accepted artist 3 months prior to the opening reception date.
8. Jury of applications will happen in mid-July, and acceptance notifications will be sent out to your email within 3 weeks of Jury.
